To guarantee a smooth start for your service, we will need some information from you, such as the addresses of the locations where the Smileys products are delivered and the names and email addresses of the people who need access to the service. For more information on what we need to set up the service, read “Checklist“.If you have not yet sent us this information, please be in contact with your HappyOrNot contact person.
When we have all the required information, we can start manufacturing your Smileys products and set up the HappyOrNot service!
When your order has been processed and the Smileys products are on their way, you will receive a shipment confirmation email from us, containing a tracking code and product serial number(s). The email is sent when the Smileys products have left our factory.
The Smileys products are delivered to the agreed delivery address(es) and the delivery company will contact you if needed (for example, relating to customs). If the HappyOrNot Delivery Team discovers problems during the delivery, we may also contact you.
