If you have open feedback enabled, people can give you more detailed feedback in their own words and help you uncover and identify specific issues or successes. The feedback is completely anonymous because the screen changes immediately after leaving feedback.
Tip! Print out the best open feedback and share it next to the Smileys to show your customers that their opinion matters.
Spam filter for open feedback
To make it easier for you to go through the open feedback from your Smiley Touch, the spam filter automatically hides irrelevant feedback, such as nonsense words, emojis, and keysmashes from your results. Note that it does not automatically hide swear words, or non-respectful or otherwise bad language.
If you’re an Administrator, you can also help us improve the AI behind the spam filter by marking irrelevant feedback as spam. Just click the little circle on the right-hand corner of the feedback and mark/unmark it as spam.
Note! If you want to filter out spam from email reports, the spam filter needs to be enabled on the organization level. To do this, please contact HappyOrNot Support at firstname.lastname@example.org.
