With Real-time Collaboration you can get real-time insights into your performance. You can use it to follow your performance throughout the day, react to issues immediately and fix problems before they have a chance to escalate or to get positive reinforcement when things are going well.
If you have Real-time Collaboration enabled, you can receive push notifications or emails whenever certain criteria for results are met.
The criteria can be:
- Percentage of negative responses (dark and light red) within a specified time window.
- Happy Index being below or above a certain value for a specified amount of time.
- Number of a certain type of feedback, or any combination of feedback, during a specified time window
You can also add comments to an alert to document a reason for it or to acknowledge that it’s being taken care of. This is a great tool for documenting lessons learned and root causes behind changes in peformance.
