With the HappyOrNot Reporting app you can keep an eye on your customer and employee satisfaction at any time, anywhere. This can be especially useful for operational staff, such as cleaners or floor managers, who can now more easily keep an eye on the results during the day.
With the mobile app, you can access all the same reports as with the web reporting service. If you have Real-time Collaboration enabled, you can also subscribe to push notifications and be alerted whenever a trigger is met or if someone leaves a comment to an alert. The app helps you react to issues immediately and fix problems before they have a chance to escalate.
The mobile app is available for tablets and phones that use iOS 11 (or later) or Android 4.4 (or later). To download the app, search for ‘HappyOrNot Reporting’ in your iOS or Android store, or click one of the links below.
