Managing your profile settings in the HappyOrNot Reporting Service is easy. Just log into the Reporting Service at reporting.happy-or-not.com, select My profile and then Account settings.
You can change your name, the email you use to receive email report subscriptions, and your language preferences. You can also manage the data refreshing interval of Quick View and Analytics tabs and what notifications you receive.
To edit your language preferences, select the language you want to use from the drop-down menu: user interface language is the display language for the HappyOrNot Reporting service and email report language is the language of the reports which are sent to you by email.
To change your password, select My profile and Change password. Enter your current password and a new password. Confirm new password, and select Change password to finish.
To manage your email report subscriptions, select My profile and Subscriptions. You can add, edit or delete subscriptions.
To add a new or additional email report subscription, select Add report subscription. Choose the location associated with the question for which you want to receive the report, and the type and frequency of the report. Customer interaction report is used to share the results. A separate report for each question is for analyzing the results and Reminder is sent when a new survey starts.
To delete a subscription, click the trash icon and confirm with Delete. To edit one, click the edit icon and save changes to finish.
To turn push notifications on or off, select My profile and Notification settings.
You can choose to get notifications when a Real Time Alert is triggered,or if someone leaves a comment to an alert.
