Share your results with your customers so that they know that their feedback matters. This inspires them to leave more feedback in the future. Be specific in your communication, and let your customers know about any improvement actions you have taken based on the feedback. For example, if you’ve added staff during busy hours or changed the cleaning schedule for your bathrooms.

Sharing your results within your own team is also important. Post results in the break room or other employee spaces to celebrate good results and to inspire the employees to improve when either Happy Index or the response rate is down.
