If you have Admin rights, you can edit the settings of any users assigned to the same (or subordinate) experience point as you.
- In the Admin view, go to the Users tab, and click the edit icon next to the user.
- You can change the user’s name, email, language, role, and their location in the group structure.
Before you re-assign a user to a different experience point, make sure that they still have access to all the reports that they need. A user has access to the results of the surveys in all the experience points of the experience point group where they are located. They cannot see the results for experience points above them, or in another branch of the structure. For more information about experience point structure, read Planning your Experience points.
When editing users, always remember to also check that their subscriptions are still up to date. For more information, read Subscriptions and Edit subscriptions.
Deleting a user
To delete a user, click the delete icon next to their name.
