If you have Admin rights, you can edit the settings of any users assigned to the same (or subordinate) folder level as you.
- In the Admin view, go to the Users tab, and click the edit icon next to the user.
- You can change the user’s name, email, language, role, and their location in the folder structure.
Before you move a user to a different folder, make sure that they still have access to all the reports that they need. A user has access to the results of the surveys in all the subfolders of the folder where they are located, but they cannot see the results for folders that are above them, or in another branch of the folder structure. When editing users, always remember to also check that their subscriptions are still up to date. For more information, read Subscriptions and Edit subscriptions.
Deleting a user
To delete a user, click the delete icon next to their name.
